Our new state of the art fitness suite has just opened so now you can get yourself gorgeous for the festive season and exercise your way towards a leaner, fitter, healthier, happier you!
Our facilities include only the best and most modern equipment, with trained instructors on hand to formulate your very own personalised fitness plan tailor-made for your fitness level and your individual needs.
Our goal is to create a fun, relaxed atmosphere where people, regardless of their fitness level, can come along, do their workout and have fun whilst doing it.
Then, after a vigorous workout, how does a nice cool dip in the pool sound? Or perhaps you'd prefer to soak those aching muscles in the Jacuzzi? Or maybe have a sit in the Sauna? Go on, you've earned it!
