Discover Primary Science

As of Autumn 2008 Lahinch Seaworld is delighted to inform local and national schools alike of our new Discover Science program.

Upon booking schools will be sent an introductory pack with information sheets detailing the activities of the day. These will include a hands on tour of the Atlantic Aquarium with a trained tour guide, two or more Discover Science activities, the Sammy Shark Science Quiz and completion of our Discover Science Worksheets. Children are encouraged to ask questions, take photos and get the most out of our aquatic knowledge!

All these exciting activities add up to credits for the Discover Science Awards of Excellence Scheme. Schools will have the option of eating in our on-site cafe, Cafe Sicilian and may also use the Sammy Sharks Playzone at a discount rate.
