i want to know if there is any swimming classes to help you to breathe properly while swimming and build up stamina?? i heard something about a class on a sunday evening 6-7?? what age limit is there on these type of classes

There is no age limit to this class, call in and have a chat with the instructors, they will be more than happy to advise you and give you a trial run.

We have classes that just started last week. It is 120 euro for each term. If you book all 3 terms together the last term is half price

Are all swimming lessons in groups or are there private lessons?

We run both private and group swimming lessons. If you get in contact with us at reception we can sort out a lesson that suits you

Is there any life guard course available here?

There will be a lifeguard course ran here in the next couple of months. If you leave your information at reception we can contact you once we get one up and running.

how much are 1 to 1 swimming classes for adults and does the instructor go in the pool with the person to assist teaching etc?

A 1 to 1 private adult lesson is €25. Every instructor teaches differently most will get in the water. If you call into reception and ask for a teach they can get you in contact with a teacher. If you want an instructor who gets in the water you can ask for Eoghan Falvey.
